I might have watched The Lion King countless of times and i still can recall the song "Hakuna Matata" which is an East African language that means "Not to Worry". It gives such a fun vibe that every time I face challenges or feel worried about something - i take a deep breath and say "Hakuna Matata".
During these times, it is just normal to be worried... We are humans therefore, we have emotions and worry is one of them. As an emotion, worry is experienced from anxiety or concern about a real or imagined issue often personal issues such as health or finances and nowadays - a general feeling of uncertainty. Though it has a positive and negative effect to us.
A mild amount of worrying have positive effects, if it prompts people to take precautions (e.g. wearing a face mask when buying necessities or washing your hands regularly), but with excessive worrisome people they overthink or magnify situations. Making them bigger of what they really are. Thus causing stress...
So if you are worried right now while reading this, take a deep breath and say "Hakuna Matata" we can get through this together .
